FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

Get your Permanent Residency with the Family Class Sponsorship

As per Canada Family Class Immigration category, Canadian citizens and permanent residents are entitled to sponsor their family members. Canada’s ministry is committed to re-join families when allowed under its immigration procedures. Hence, one of the major program of Canadian immigration is to invite applications for family reunification.

Canada Family Class immigration stream enables the permanent residents of Canada or Canadian citizens to sponsor their spouse, parents and grandparents, adopted children, or any other related eligible family members. Also, permanent residents of Canada and Canadian citizens are allowed to sponsor their other family members including a sibling under particular conditions.

To sponsor your family members or other relatives, you must be qualified as a permanent resident of Canada or a Canadian citizen. We help you to determine if you can sponsor your family or siblings for immigration to Canada. Besides, we also help in preparing and presenting the application for Canada sponsorship and permanent residence on behalf of your family member getting sponsored by you.

Sponsorship program for Spouse:

Following the Canada Family Class program, spouse sponsorship is proposed for a Canadian citizen or the permanent resident of Canada seeking to sponsor his/ her spouse/common-law partner or marital partner. We help you to discover your ability as a sponsor and support you and your spouse in acquiring Canada Spouse sponsorship and Canada permanent residency.

To acquire a visa under Canada Spouse sponsorship stream, the sponsor and the person being sponsored should be able to prove their relationship.

Spousal: Both the sponsor and the spouse being sponsored should be married legally. They must have a proper certificate to prove their married relationship.

Conjugal partner: A partner of Canadian citizen or permanent resident who is living outside Canada and has been in a relationship with the sponsor for at least one year but relationship is not covered under Marriage or Common Law Partnership. This partner can be sponsored by providing proof of relationship.

Common-law partner: Must be living together at least for one year excluding any short absence for business or family purposes.

After the successful completion of spousal sponsorship, the sponsored person receives the permanent resident status, allowing the couple to settle their lives in Canada.

The common-law/spousal sponsorship Canada immigration program is a part of the Family Class category, by which Canada addresses the unification of spouses/partners of new permanent citizens.

Sponsorship for Parents: The Canadian immigration enables the permanent residents of Canada and Canadian citizens to sponsor their parents and grandparents for getting Canadian permanent residency. As per this policy, Canadian permanent residents and Canadian citizens aged 18 and above are allowed to sponsor their parents and grandparents to become Canadian permanent residents. The sponsor must be living in Canada.

As a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, you have to ensure that you fulfil the basic requirements to sponsor your parents or grandparents for Canadian immigration. Providing monetary support enhances your ability once your parents or grandparents have arrived in Canada.
